RICHXSEARCHPrivacy policy
RichXSearch has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no advertising profiles. Your searches are not written to disk.
Who is responsible
International Software Solutions LLC, 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, USA. Contact: privacy@richxsearch.com.
Your searches
To answer a search, your query is sent to the providers listed on the Sources page; each receives the query, never your IP address or any identifier from us. Results are kept in the server's memory for ten minutes so a repeated search is faster, then they disappear. Searches are not logged.
The AI brief
When you ask for an AI brief, your query and the result snippets (not your IP address) are sent to OpenAI to write the brief. Briefs are kept in memory for six hours for the same query.
What our server records
Like every web server, ours keeps technical log lines (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for pages - not for searches - to keep the site running and defend it against attacks. Logs are kept for a short time and not used to identify readers. A per-address counter in memory limits how many searches can be made per minute.
Stored on your device
Only your own settings: effects level, sound on/off and results language, in your browser's local storage. Delete them any time by clearing site data.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at privacy@richxsearch.com.
