From Zurich to Manila: Renomex Maps Every Rating Check on a Live Global Radar
NEW YORK — Each Google rating check on Renomex appears on a live world radar, while its online assistant PAUL guides business owners in 20 languages through a three-step review routine that largely runs itself.
A business owner in Zurich checks their Google rating. Moments later, a dot appears on a world map. That is the idea behind the Global Review Radar on renomex.app, one of several features the company uses to show its tool at work across different countries.
A map that lights up
Whenever a business anywhere checks its Google rating through renomex.app/#check, it appears on the live radar. Each entry shows the real rating, the number of reviews and the location's coordinates.
Renomex lists cities from Wien, Zurich, Berlin and London to Dallas, New York and Manila among those appearing on the map. The company describes the display as drawing on live Google Satellite and Street View data.
Meet PAUL
Inside the interface sits PAUL, which Renomex presents as an interactive specialist that is always online. Its job is to guide merchants so that, as the company puts it, no manual is needed.
The platform supports 20 languages natively. They include English, Deutsch, Magyar, Slovencina, Cestina, Polski, Srpski, Hrvatski, Bosanski, Slovenscina and Makedonski.
The list continues with Francais, Espanol, Italiano, Portugues, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkce, Arabic and Pilipino/Tagalog.
Taken together, the list stretches from Central and Eastern European languages to Asian languages and Arabic.
Three steps, then automation
Renomex's pitch is that it replaces manual follow-up with a short automated cycle. First, as a visit ends, the business shows a digital QR code or sends a link, which takes only seconds.
Second, the customer receives a brief WhatsApp, SMS or email message while the experience is still fresh. Third, with a single tap, the customer either goes to Google or notarises their feedback via RichX Chain.
After that initial setup, the company says, the process runs on its own.
For the owner, that means no longer chasing customers one by one with reminders after each appointment or sale.
Short videos for a quick look
For anyone wanting to see the system before trying it, the Renomex demo page offers 8-second explainers. There is also a 40-second walkthrough filmed with a real business, showing the customer's screen from beginning to end.
Try it yourself
Owners can add their own city to the radar with a check at renomex.app/#check, watch the live demo, or examine a notarised review at renomex.app/verify.
